Operator pool

An operator pool is the set of live mobile ranges a provider can currently draw numbers from, across the operators it has agreements with.

In detail

Stock counts and prices here come from that pool as it stands rather than from a published rate card, which is why the same row can read differently an hour later. Ranges are added as operators rotate them and retired when their observed delivery rate drops. Depth varies enormously: tier-one markets carry thousands of numbers per service, small territories carry double digits.
