Permitted uses

Quality assurance and functional testing of your own applications. Market and competitive research. Advertising verification and localisation testing. Managing multiple legitimate accounts that you or your organisation own. Protecting your personal number from disclosure when signing up for a service.

Prohibited uses

Impersonating a natural or legal person. Creating accounts to defraud a platform or its users. Evading a ban imposed for abuse. Bulk account creation for spam, engagement farming or review manipulation. Circumventing a service's age verification. Any activity that is criminal where you are or where we are.

Enforcement

We receive abuse reports from carriers and from platforms directly. Verified reports lead to immediate suspension, forfeiture of balance and, where the law requires it, disclosure to the reporting party or to law enforcement. We do not warn first when the report involves fraud against individuals.

Reporting abuse

If a number issued by us was used against you or your platform, send the number, the timestamp in UTC and the evidence to our abuse address. Verified reports are actioned within hours, and we will confirm the outcome to you.
