Automatic refund
An automatic refund is the credit returned to a balance when an activation ends without a code, applied without a support request.
In detail
It fires when the window closes empty, when you cancel before any message has arrived, or when the service rejects the number before delivery. The credit appears within seconds and is recorded as a REFUND transaction in your history. What is not refunded is an activation where a message was delivered — a code you never used, or one the service rejected afterwards, was still an SMS we bought and forwarded.
