Ban evasion is registering a new account to bypass a suspension a platform imposed, usually with a phone number it has not seen before.

It is prohibited here, and it is the use case people assume the whole industry exists for. The distinction that matters is why the ban was imposed: a suspension for abuse is not one this service will help you around, and a verified report from the platform ends the account and forfeits its balance. Running several accounts you legitimately own is a different thing, and it is permitted.
